How do I hire a bartender for my event?
Start with the event request form. Include the date, venue, guest count, event type, and service hours. BOW reviews the details and availability, then follows up with a quote.
Does BOW provide the alcohol?
The customer provides the alcohol. Discuss your drink menu and shopping needs with BOW while planning your service.
Is a mobile bar included?
Mobile bar rental is quoted separately. Tell BOW what the venue already provides so the proposal can reflect the setup you need.
Is submitting a request a confirmed booking?
A request starts the conversation. Availability, the service plan, and payment arrangements must be confirmed before the event is booked.
Can I book the Party Bus now?
The BOW Party Bus is planned for 2027. Review its page for planning information and discuss future availability with BOW. It is not presented as a currently operating service.
