04 / HOW RESERVATIONS WORK
One advance booking keeps the bus, route, cocktail selections, desserts, and enhancements organized around your date.
A 30% deposit holds your bus and starts planning.
Choose your route, cocktails, Kakey Mae desserts, and enhancements.
Final guest count and selections are due 10 days before the trip.
The remaining balance is charged 7 days before. We prepare the bus for your arrival.
YOUR PARTY BUS REQUEST IS RECEIVED
We saved your trip details and emailed a copy to you. Our planning team will review the coach, route, timing, cocktails, Kakey Mae selections, and enhancements before calling within 24–48 hours.
We confirm availability, build your itemized proposal, and walk through the payment options available for your booking. Your date is secured after the signed agreement and 30% deposit—not by this request alone.
Party bus service is subject to availability, signed agreement, route approval, age verification, and applicable laws. Alcoholic cocktails are itemized separately and fulfilled only under applicable licensing requirements. No unlimited-alcohol packages are offered. Bartenders On Wheels may refuse service to intoxicated guests.
