What details should go into my request?
Include the event type, date, venue address, guest count, start and end times, and any venue requirements. Mention the drinks you have in mind and whether a bar is already available.
Who provides the alcohol and bar equipment?
The customer provides alcohol. Discuss your drink menu and shopping list with BOW. Mobile bar rental is a separate quote, so explain what your venue already has and what you need.
How do I compare service options?
Compare the service hours, setup needs, menu, staffing, and proposal terms together. Ask BOW to explain anything that is unclear before accepting the quote.
When is my event officially booked?
Submitting the form is a request. Confirm availability, the final service plan, and payment arrangements with BOW before treating the date as booked.
