THE PARTNER NETWORK / HOW IT WORKS

A clear understanding.

Membership, applications, and the information you share with us.

Applying and getting a place

Independent bartenders and bartending companies share ten places per state. Each account may apply in one state. Applying and waitlisting are free. The owner reviews every profile. Approval does not collect payment or guarantee bookings, leads, or revenue.

Approval automatically reserves an available place. If a state is full, approved applicants enter the free waitlist in approval order. Both reserved and active places count toward the ten-place limit. When a confirmed membership ends or an unpaid reservation is safely released, the next eligible applicant receives the opening automatically.

Reservations are flagged for owner review after 48 hours. They are not silently reassigned: the owner first confirms that no payment was received, no subscription remains active, and any outstanding payment invitation has been stopped. Closing an unpaid record removes that applicant from the queue. Check your member account for updates.

Your $99 monthly membership

Once a place is reserved, Bartenders On Wheels arranges enrollment separately through Stripe. You must expressly agree to the recurring membership there. Stripe manages monthly payments under that separate agreement. Nobody is charged for applying, waiting, or receiving a reservation.

This website manages profiles, places, and inquiries. It does not collect payments, start subscriptions, change payment methods, or cancel Stripe billing. After reviewing a paid invoice in Stripe, the owner records its service period end here. An eligible approved listing is then published or extended.

For renewal changes or cancellation, contact Bartenders On Wheels. The owner stops renewal separately in Stripe and records the confirmed membership end here. An eligible listing remains visible through its recorded paid period. At the recorded end, the place becomes available to the next approved applicant. Changing a profile or a website record does not cancel Stripe payments.

If renewal confirmation has not yet been recorded, the listing has a 7-day confirmation grace period after the last recorded paid period. It is hidden afterward, but its place remains held while the owner resolves billing. A missing confirmation does not establish that a payment failed. Contact us if you have already paid. A scheduled membership end takes precedence over the grace period.

Place allocation and scheduled endings are checked whenever the directory, membership account, or owner dashboard is accessed. Featured placement changes daily. There are no automatic invitation or membership email notifications; check your account and contact us with questions.

Profiles and independent businesses

Eligible approved profiles appear in the directory. All visible members participate in daily featured rotation within their state. Profile edits go to the owner for review, while the last approved version can remain visible during an active membership.

Members operate independent businesses and provide their own quotes, availability, service agreements, and event payment arrangements. Members are responsible for accurately describing their qualifications and keeping information current. Photos must belong to the member or be used with permission.

The owner can request corrections or pause a listing. Pausing hides the listing and holds its place. Pausing or restoring a listing does not change Stripe renewal; billing must be handled separately.

How your information is used

Your approved public name, city, service areas, services, introduction, website, and photos appear on an active profile. Your sign-in email, contact name, phone, experience notes, and credential attachments are available to you and the owner for membership administration. Invoice references and the owner’s membership change history are private to the owner.

Quote requests are stored for the selected partner and network administration. Partners use supplied contact details to respond about the requested event. Requests are not booking confirmations. Member inboxes provide in-site updates; automated email notifications are not enabled.

Accounts use secure website sign-in. The site records the account identifier and email supplied at sign-in. A browser-session identifier counts profile visits once per visitor per day. Card information stays with the separate billing provider and must not be entered in website forms or uploads.

Keep identity documents and banking records out of uploads. Contact us to correct account information, request removal, or ask about stored records.
